Hartnell Chanot & Partners marked the launch of their new office in Plymouth with two celebrations both attended by Baroness Floella Benjamin as their guest speaker.
On Monday 30 May when most of us will be putting our feet up and enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend one member of the Hartnell Chanot team will be putting her feet firmly forward and running the BUPA 10k Run on behalf of Refuge, a national charity supporting women and children who have been victims of domestic violence.
Alexandra joins Hartnell Chanot & Partners with a wealth of experience in Domestic Violence law. Her previous role involved working with Plymouth City Council and partner agencies developing and running the ‘Domestic Abuse Advocacy Project’, with the remit to support victims in situations where they do not qualify for legal aid to gain protective order through the Family Courts.
With a passion for making people’s lives better, both the Plymouth and Exeter based teams hosted a variety of activities to raise money including a red mini full of balloons and leg waxing.
Family Law specialists Hartnell Chanot were today announced as the lead sponsor for the Midnight Walk event run in aid of St Lukes hospice. The Midnight Walk has grown in size year on year since it’s inception in 2007.
