About The Role
As our Care Lawyer, your role is pivotal to our business. You will immerse yourself in managing a diverse public law caseload, offering advice and representation on a spectrum of child-related issues. Your expertise will be amplified by our significant investments in business development, training, and good case management software and processes—all aimed at ensuring you have the resources needed to excel.

The Family Law Company are committed to working flexibly and for you to have flexibility over your professional life. Your base will be in our Exeter office where you will become part of a supportive team. We are open to discussing flexible work and working from home after a period of time.
About you:
As our ideal candidate you will:
- A qualified legal professional – Solicitor or CILEX – we treat both the same.
- Have experience of managing child care cases
- Children Panel Membership an advantage but not essential
- Be client focused
- Be familiar with case management systems

Our family team includes members of the Law Society Children Panel as well as a Resolution Accredited Specialists working within care proceedings, representing children, parents and extended family members at all stages of the child protection process. We also cover Adoption and Surrogacy.
