Clare is a paralegal in the Plymouth office dealing with sensitive issues where there are Social Services involvement with families. She supports the solicitors with complex cases for both parents and Children’s Guardians.
She joined The Family Law Company in December 2010 having worked at a local firm of solicitors for the previous five years.
Her work includes:
- Assisting the Care Team lawyers with various types of care cases including being the first point of contact for parents;
- Supporting the Care Team with complex Children’s Guardian cases;
- Attending with parents at pre-proceedings meetings.
Clare is also our Plymouth office wellbeing representative and a qualified St Johns Ambulance Mental Health First Aider.
