The very nature of domestic abuse is intended to make you feel that you will not be supported or believed if you seek help. Our lawyers are trained in identifying domestic abuse and in providing guidance on how to plan to move yourself away from the situation.  Your disclosure to us will be confidential[1]. Our aim is to provide you with guidance on where to seek additional support as well as providing you with the mechanism for getting protection for you and your family. The Courts and other statutory agencies will support families in domestic abuse situations therefore if you are willing to seek help and take those steps necessary to safeguard yourself and your children, we will provide you with the legal advice and guidance you need to achieve that goal.

[1] Safeguarding children will always take priority over confidentiality but we will discuss this with you when you come in and talk to us.
