The Family Law Company are very pleased to support the parenting organisation OnlyMums and OnlyDads. They have created a survey which will be fed back to the Government who are now actively considering how the present family court system can be improved.
Having received hundreds of calls from desperate parents wanting to see improvements made to the system in order to meet the needs of families, Only Mums and Only Dads launched the survey. It is an invitation for people to have their say about how children proceedings between parents can be improved, in response to a Government consultation paper on the operation of family courts.
The survey will take no longer than 6 minutes to complete and the deadline for submission is Monday 23rd September.
