Winners! The Family Law Company scoops top award

Family law specialist The Family Law Company is celebrating success at the national Family Law Awards 2022.

The firm, which has offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Cornwall, brought home the Family Law Firm of the Year – South, beating off stiff competition from family firms across the south of England, from Brighton to Berkshire, Oxfordshire to Bristol.

This award acknowledges a firm that can demonstrate the provision of an outstanding quality of legal service for its clients and high levels of teamwork not just internally but with external lawyers and other professionals.

During the presentation of the award, there was special mention of the firm’s innovative strategic approach to client journeys and how it strives to take the pressure off team members.

The Family Law Company was represented at the awards event held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London by Director and Chartered Legal Executive, Gemma Sparks and Trainee Legal Executive, Dominika Windak.

Joint Managing Director, Rachel Buckley said: “It’s an absolute pleasure to receive professional recognition of the efforts we’ve put in over the past few years both for our clients and our hardworking teams.

“We won this very award back in 2016 – which seems a lifetime ago! Much has changed in that time, including the firm’s expansion into Cornwall, our new offices in Plymouth, plus – of course – changing ways of working prompted by the pandemic.

“This award acknowledges our ongoing commitment to providing family law services that are second to none.”

As well as serving clients across the South, The Family Law Company has clients nationally and internationally.
