Norman Hartnell did everything to make me feel comfortable. I felt like I was with a friend, who looked after my interests like they were his own. Kept me informed , coached me where necessary , answered all my queries with incredible speed, mostly by return. Beyond the call of duty. And obviously more than capable in his profession.
