Under the law, a parent should be able to see their child ‒ unless it is not in the child’s best interest. In practice, the parent with whom the child lives may make things difficult. If this is the case then various options are open to you such as mediation or alternatively, Court action. We will be able to assess what route is best for you and how to achieve the best outcome.
