The Family Law Company is now offering a free family legal clinic at Citizens Advice Taunton in St Mary’s House, Magdalene Street. The legal clinics will run on the first Thursday of each month from 1pm to 3pm.
30 minute slots are available for advice on all matters relating to family law such as the breakdown of a marriage, separation, children matters and domestic abuse.
We can provide the following information to clients:
- General advice about a specific area of family law
- Potential costs for the client
- Advice regarding legal aid
- Timescales for cases
- Procedural matters to include court applications
