Do not agree to anything until you have spoken to us. Make an appointment with our Children Law Team as soon as you can – early legal advice is vital to Court planning. Social Services can remove a child only where a child’s safety demands it. The Court has to consider whether the child is at risk or likely to be at risk from emotional physical or sexual harm if it remains in the care of the parents before it will order removal. Remember it is not Social Services but the Court that makes the final decision.
