Rachel frequently represents high ranking members of these professions. Rachel also prepares pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, along with separation agreements.
Rachel regularly acts for clients who are divorcing abroad and where there is a Military pension involved, for self employed business owners, head teachers, GP’s and consultants. She is highly regarded and respected by the legal profession and her clients. She uses a problem solving approach where possible. Rachel is an expert at finding assets where the other party has been trying to put them beyond her client’s reach. She is well used to dealing with high functioning opponents.
Following an acrimonious marital breakdown, I was advised to seek advice from a “good solicitor”. I was put in contact with Rachel Buckley from The Family Law Company. I felt immediately at ease and confident that Rachel would solve my marital issues competently and efficiently. I also felt that she understood my viewpoint and despite being very professional, I was able to talk with her and she would also make it very personal. I was never made to feel like “just another case”. 16 months down the line myself and my 3 children are happily adapting to life in the matrimonial home which is our main aim, despite objections from my ex-husband from start to finish. In Rachel, you can be sure to have found an absolutely outstanding solicitor……… why make do with just a “good” one? I would strongly recommend Rachel to anyone going through a divorce.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys watching historical World War II programmes, reading war poetry and travelling European cities and the West Coast of America. Rachel plays a mean game of table tennis. She is also the Governor of a local Primary School.
