Hartnell Chanot & Partners has been shortlisted for the Exeter Business Awards “Excellence in Customer Service” award.

The Express & Echo’s Exeter Business Awards, now in their second year, celebrate business excellence and achievements in Exeter.

The Excellence in Customer Service award will be made “to the company that demonstrates a commitment to continuously improving its standards of customer service. The judges will expect to see a clear, well-implemented customer care policy and examples of service exceeding customer expectations.”

Hartnell Chanot is one of only three firms to have been shortlisted. The winner will be announced at the awards evening on Friday 27 April 2012.
