Sophie joined The Family Law Company in June 2022, and works as a Paralegal in the Divorce and Finance team, assisting solicitors Nahanni Simcox and Shreya Kallingal.
Sophie supports and advises clients on a variety of matters, at every stage of the divorce and finances process. Her work includes:
- liaising with clients, counsel and third parties such as actuaries;
- preparing financial disclosure and divorce applications;
- drafting and filing court applications;
- preparing court bundles; and
- keeping clients informed of the progress of their matter.
Sophie also supports new clients, providing free 30-minute consultations at the start of the divorce process.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys cooking, travelling and skiing.
