Rosie joined The Family Law Company in June 2022 as a solicitor in the Care team. Rosie specialises in care proceedings involving social services and regularly acts for parents and children (through their Guardian) as well as grandparents, extended family members and foster carers. She has acted in cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal involving factitious illness, radicalisation and non-accidental injury. Rosie also advises on private law children cases (involving lives with and contact orders) and adoption.
Rosie trained and practised in London for 18 years before moving to the Southwest in 2021. Rosie has specialised in family law since qualifying in 2003 and been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2009.
In her free time, Rosie enjoys spending time with her family and improving her sea swimming.
