Family Law Specialist, Hartnell Chanot & Partners, is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Family Law Awards.
For the second year running the Exeter and Plymouth based firm, has been nominated for the Family Law Firm of the Year award, fending off a number of other firms from around the UK to become one of only four shortlisted nominees.
The criteria for this award highlight the excellent achievements of this fantastic team: “The firm that has demonstrated it has provided outstanding quality of legal service for its clients and has displayed high levels of teamwork within its firm, with external lawyers and/or other professionals.”
The second nomination was for Legal Executive Alexandra Boardman, in the Family Law Legal Executive of the Year award category, an award that recognises a particular individual for having “demonstrated excellence in their role.” At last year’s highly prestigious Law Society Excellence Awards, Alexandra was recognised for her commitment and passion for providing the best advice and representation to clients in domestic abuse relationships, when she received the accolade of “highly commended”.
Alexandra stated: “It is a privilege and honour to be nominated for the Family Law Awards. It is fantastic that the firm has also been nominated for the second year in a row in the Law Firm of the Year category.”
Rachel Buckley, Director, commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for these highly acclaimed awards and we are so proud of Alexandra and the rest of the team for their tireless commitment to providing our clients with the best possible legal advice.”
She added: “We really do work hard to put our clients’ needs at the centre of everything that we do, so we are very pleased that this has been recognised by the judges.”
The Family Law Awards were launched to “highlight the important work done by family lawyers and celebrate their commitment, hardwork and outstanding achievements.”
The winners will be announced at the award ceremony, to be held in London on 10th October 2012.
